84" x 5" x 2" Shaft Mount Forklift Forks — Custom Fabricated (Pair)
Seven-foot shaft mount forks — also called pin type, shaft, or bar forks — built to your carriage instead of to an ITA class. Shaft mount forks hang on a round bar rather than hooking over a carriage plate, so they're what you'll find on telehandlers, older heavy trucks, and a lot of construction and agricultural equipment. This 84" length is for long, awkward loads on that kind of machine: pipe, rebar bundles, trusses, and full lumber units where a standard 48" fork leaves half the load in the air.
The 5" x 2" section is rated 10,200 lb per pair at a 24" load center, which suits 8,000 to 10,000 lb capacity machines. On a seven-foot fork the load center is rarely 24"; check the forklift fork capacity chart against where the weight actually sits. Need more? The 84" shaft mount is also available in 6" x 2.5" (21,400 lb) and heavier sections.
Fabrication required — we build to your measurements. After you order, our fabrication department will email you to confirm four dimensions: centerline distance, bar (shaft) size, collar location (top or middle), and collar style (inline, inset, or offset). Build time is typically 10 business days, with delivery in 12–15 business days. Questions before ordering? Call 937-387-8140 or email sales@nextliftforks.com.
